Chip represents clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts. He has represented clients in all manner of complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Couch White, Chip defended the City of Chicago, Chicago Police Officers and other state/municipal entities in Federal Civil Rights Litigation and employment matters. Chip’s experience includes a number of years as an associate with a law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation in New York City, Westchester County and Connecticut.
