Clem represents clients in all stages of workplace related litigation before state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies, mediation and arbitration panels. Additionally, Clem represents clients involved in all manner of construction related litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He is a first chair litigator with trial experience in state and federal courts, and appellate arguments.

Professional Experience
- Represents clients in numerous employment discrimination, sexual harassment, ADA, ADEA, civil rights, breach of contract, noncompete/restrictive covenant violations and wage – hour claims
- Conducts investigations for clients related to their employee’s internal complaints of discrimination and/or harassment
- Represents clients in defense of wage-hour class action litigation in federal and state court
- Provides advice and counsel concerning employment and noncompete agreements and litigation of those matters
- Provides advice and counsel to clients regarding compliance with employment laws and regulations and preparation of employee handbooks
- Represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals involving all manner of construction claims including breach of contract, delay and disruption, lien enforcement, failure to perform and inadequate design
- Represents clients before the New York State Department of Labor in prevailing wage investigations and litigation
- Litigates numerous commercial disputes for clients across the spectrum of commercial enterprises including those in the real estate, hotel, hospitality, and logistics industry
