Nora joined the firm in 2023 after spending more than ten years as a development professional. She has a proven track record in advancing, engaging, and galvanizing people and institutions, and aligning their mission and philanthropic efforts to better position their brand and awareness within the community.

Nora works closely with the attorneys at Couch White to promote the exceptional work across all practice areas and the services they provide to their clients. She is responsible for leading employee engagement initiatives and the planning and execution of firm events. In addition, Nora engages with local nonprofits and businesses to create meaningful relationships within the community and manages the firm’s charitable giving. Nora supports the firm’s business functions by assisting with submission of documents related to new or contract business, professional admissions, memberships or affiliations.
