Michael A. Moriello brings more than 35 years of experience advising clients in commercial real estate, environmental law, land use and zoning, and business transactions. He counsels developers, businesses, and property owners on a wide range of matters, including commercial acquisitions and sales, land development projects, environmental permitting, SEQRA compliance, zoning approvals, and related litigation.

Throughout his career, Mike has provided practical, client-focused guidance on complex real estate and development matters, helping clients navigate regulatory processes and achieve their business objectives. Prior to joining Couch White, he was a partner with Riseley & Moriello, PLLC, a Kingston-based law firm he helped build into a trusted legal resource for businesses, developers, and property owners throughout Ulster County.

Mike’s extensive experience, deep knowledge of New York land use and environmental regulations, and strong relationships throughout the region make him a valuable advocate for clients pursuing development, investment, and growth opportunities.
