Gretchen Schneider is a Real Estate Paralegal at Couch White with more than 30 years of experience providing legal, administrative, financial, and operational support in law firm and business environments. She assists attorneys and clients with a variety of residential real estate matters, including contract preparation, title review, due diligence, and real estate closings.

Prior to joining Couch White, Gretchen served as a legal assistant and Paralegal for a Hudson Valley law practice, where she handled residential real estate transactions, estate planning and administration matters, matrimonial cases, and Family Court proceedings. In that role, she coordinated residential real estate closings, prepared and filed legal documents, communicated with clients, lenders, title companies, and courts, and managed complex transactional and administrative processes.
