Couch White partner, Brendan Wolf, has been assisting Women-Owned Businesses (WBE) through their certification process as well as the appeals process in the event applications are denied by Empire State Development (ESD). Brendan’s expertise on these matters has helped grow his client base across New York State, including the Buffalo area.
