Brian advises corporate clients, business owners, investors, real property developers and not-for-profit entities in connection with general corporate, business and transactional matters, including business formation, joint ventures, strategic transactions, mergers & acquisitions, real property development, debt and equity financings, commercial contracts and general corporate counseling. He has represented corporate clients across the entire corporate growth spectrum, from start-up to sale, and has expertise advising clients with respect to venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate growth plans and other strategic transactions.  He also has deep experience advising real property developers with regard to property sales and acquisitions and the corporate structuring of real property investments. Prior to joining Couch White, Brian was an associate in the New York City office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where his practice concentrated on mergers and acquisitions and major corporate transactions.
