Albany-based telecommunications company ANS Advanced Network Services was recently acquired by Charge Enterprises Inc., a New York City special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”). Brian Murphy, Partner at Couch White, served as lead counsel on the deal. SPAC deals are emerging as the latest Wall Street trend and with this landmark deal have now reached the Capital Region.
