Couch White is happy to welcome Ralph Rossi as of counsel. He joins the firm after a successful career working in New York State government where he specialized in education law and public investigations. He is a graduate of Columbia College in the City of New York and Rutgers School of Law.
Ralph specializes in advising not-for-profit corporations on all aspects of formation, governance, facilities, operations, merger and dissolution. Ralph served over 18 years as General Counsel of the State University of New York’s Charter Schools Institute. He speaks and writes on charter school-related issues at national and New York State conferences and other events.
As the former Counsel to the New York State Inspector General, Ralph has an extensive background in government and corporate investigations, compliance and ethics programs, risk analysis, governing board fiduciary obligations under case law and statutory standards, and white-collar criminal defense.
