Couch White is thrilled to announce Erika Bentley has joined the firm’s environmental practice group as an associate pending her upcoming admission. Ms. Bentley attended undergrad at Portland State University and is a graduate of Albany Law School.
Erika previously worked as a law clerk for two Albany-based law firms, focusing on litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Bentley’s litigation experience will be valuable related to land use and environmental issues, and she will work closely with the environmental group in a variety of matters, such as local, state and federal permitting related to client development projects, review of issues related to environmental contamination, and environmental impact review.
