Couch White is excited to announce Ashley Rothe will be joining the firm’s corporate and commercial transaction practice group as an associate. Ms. Rothe brings valuable experience in specialized transactions and a comprehensive understanding of business operations to the Couch White team.
Ashley previously worked for a New York City firm where she focused on securitization before serving as in-house counsel for a Capital Region private equities firm. Ms. Rothe attended undergrad at the College of St. Rose and is a graduate of Albany Law School.
