Couch White Partner Leonard Singer recently received notification from the New York State Public Service Commission that the Environmental Management and Construction Plan for the Empire State Line was approved and the developer, NextEra Energy Transmission New York, Inc., was allowed to commence construction of the 20 Mile 345 Kilovolt Empire State Transmission Line. This transmission line is a significant part of New York’s transition to renewable energy.
