A highly respected attorney in Kingston, New York, Moriello has spent decades advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, land development projects, environmental permitting matters, SEQRA compliance, zoning and land use issues, and related litigation. He most recently served as a partner with Riseley & Moriello, PLLC, a Kingston-based law firm he helped build into a trusted legal resource for businesses, developers, municipalities, and property owners throughout the region.
Throughout his career, Moriello has represented clients in matters involving commercial acquisitions and sales, development approvals, environmental review processes, financing transactions, and regulatory compliance. His extensive experience and long-standing relationships within the Hudson Valley legal and business communities will provide significant value to Couch White’s clients.
