We are pleased to welcome Ryan Baal to the firm as an Associate Attorney in our Litigation Practice Group.

Ryan represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters in New York state and federal courts. His practice includes commercial disputes, professional liability matters, construction-related litigation, and risk management counseling. He works closely with clients to develop practical, strategic solutions to complex legal challenges while guiding matters through all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as a litigation associate at a New York law firm, where he gained extensive experience handling civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His practice focused on representing commercial architecture and engineering firms, design professionals, condominiums and cooperatives, and attorneys in a variety of complex disputes.

Ryan’s legal background also includes experience as a law clerk with New York City law firms and a judicial internship with the New York State Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, where he analyzed appellate briefs and legal arguments. These experiences provided him with valuable insight into both trial and appellate practice and strengthened his foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy.
