Couch White is thrilled to announce that Samantha A. Maurer has joined the firm’s Energy Practice as Of Counsel. She advises clients on a range of regulatory matters and represents them in state and federal regulatory proceedings.  In addition, she provides advice and counsel to clients on energy-related projects and investments and assists clients in negotiating energy-related transactions.

Prior to joining Couch White, Samantha was an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Enforcement at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
