Couch White is thrilled to announce that Christopher M. Connors has joined the firm as a Partner. Chris joins the Real Estate and Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice groups. Prior to joining Couch White, Chris practiced in the Real Estate Finance Department of a Boston-based international law firm.

Chris will be advising businesses and commercial entities on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation and management, commercial real estate and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, and general corporate governance and compliance.
