Couch White is excited to announce that Anna Binau has joined the firm as Of Counsel in our Environmental practice group. She will also be working with our Renewable Energy Transactions and Commercial and Complex Litigation practice groups.

Anna will be advising clients on a wide range of environmental matters, including land use and permitting, environmental litigation, and permitting due diligence.  She will assist clients in all facets of due diligence, land use and permitting development, environmental components of transactions, and litigation related to environmental and land use matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna served in key legal roles at state agencies, where she developed deep experience in administrative law, solid waste management, SEQRA compliance, and other environmental issues that align closely with the firm’s core areas of practice. Her background provides valuable insight into agency processes and regulatory strategy.
