Jay Goodman, Partner at Couch White and counsel to The Connecticut Industrial Energy Consumers (CIEC), collaborated with the Connecticut Attorney General Tong, the Connecticut Consumer Counsel Coleman, and the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement to file a petition calling for a new rate case for Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation because it recently reported over-collecting $8 million from businesses and other ratepayers.
