Kyle supports the firm’s Environmental Practice Group with permitting processes, regulatory filings, and land-use approvals. He manages deadlines and logistics for complex matters involving local, state and federal agencies, such as the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and local planning boards.
He assists with organizing and preparation of documentation for submission to state regulatory agencies for various permit applications and formal hearings. He also provides litigation support for complex environmental and land use matters, including Article 78 proceedings.
