Anna advises clients on a wide range of environmental matters, including land use and permitting, environmental litigation, and permitting due diligence.  She assists clients in all facets of due diligence, land use and permitting development, environmental components of transactions, and litigation related to environmental and land use matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna served in key legal roles at state agencies, where she developed deep experience in administrative law, solid waste management, SEQRA compliance, and other environmental issues that align closely with the firm’s core areas of practice. Her background provides valuable insight into agency processes and regulatory strategy.

Professional Experience

  • Served as program attorney for multiple state programs, providing legal guidance on code enforcement, environmental review, and regulatory compliance, including drafting SEQRA documents, rulemaking materials, and litigation support.
  • Advised on ratemaking and electric transmission proceedings, reviewed legal documents and regulatory filings, and supported enforcement actions, FOIL responses, and interagency coordination.
  • Advised on a broad range of environmental and land use matters involving pesticides, radiation, solid waste, Indian Nations, and environmental justice, including permitting, enforcement, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
  • Supported administrative and judicial proceedings, including Article 78 litigation, and drafted legal documents such as complaints, consent orders, and memoranda of law.
