Couch White is pleased to welcome Cole Stevens as an Associate in our Commercial & Complex Litigation and Construction practice groups. He represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, with a focus on the construction industry. Cole counsels general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals on matters including contract disputes, procurement challenges, D/M/WBE compliance, competitive bidding, prevailing wage issues, and mechanics’ liens.

Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a local law firm where his work included litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and municipal insurance defense.
