Calum assists clients in a variety of matters, such as conducting due diligence review for renewable energy transactions, analyzing State and federal permitting and siting requirements for energy projects, and drafting energy purchase agreements. He closely monitors policy developments from the New York State Public Service Commission to help clients make informed decisions amid a changing regulatory landscape. Calum also assists attorneys in a wide range of other research and drafting assignments.
