On February 6, 2015, a Joint Proposal was filed with the New York State Public Service Commission (“PSC”) in the ongoing Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (“Central Hudson”) electric and gas rate proceeding. Couch White is representing Multiple Intervenors in the rate proceeding. Multiple Intervenors has elected to execute and support the Joint Proposal based upon its provisions, which include three-year electric and gas rate plans governing the utility. During the litigation and the settlement of this rate proceeding, Couch White has focused its efforts on behalf of Multiple Intervenors on numerous issues, including, but not limited to, electric and gas revenue requirements, rate moderation, electric revenue allocation and rate design, gas revenue allocation and rate design, and a collaborative process on Reforming the Energy Vision, or REV, demonstration projects. The Joint Proposal now is pending before the PSC and statements in support of and opposition to the Joint Proposal are expected to be filed later this month. Michael Mager, Jay Goodman and Amanda De Vito Trinsey are the Couch White attorneys representing Multiple Intervenors in this rate proceeding.
