While in law school, Devlyn participated in the joint degree program between Albany Law School and Union Graduate College, where she received both a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. During this time, Devlyn held internships in the legal department of a power engineering firm supporting EPC wind project development, in the New York State Department of Public Service Office of General Counsel, and also at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
Prior to joining Couch White, Devlyn worked in-house at a multi-disciplined engineering firm assisting energy project developers with navigating New York State regulatory and interconnection requirements.
