Land use and real property tax disputes are resolved through negotiation or litigation, as appropriate. Our experienced attorneys have an exceptional track record of success in substantially reducing tax assessments and obtaining tax refunds, as well as in negotiating PILOT agreements. The array of land use issues, including property rights, easements and boundary disputes are likewise resolved by agreement or litigation, as best suits the client’s situation.
