Couch White Wins Jury Verdict in Breach of Contract Case
Couch White partners James J. Barriere and Jeremy M. Smith from the firm’s commercial law practice group obtained a favorable verdict with substantial damages plus interest for their client following a jury trial. The case involved a breach contract claim concerning the sale of a portion of a client’s mechanical construction business.
