Mr. Sabourin is a member of the Firm’s Commercial, Construction and Litigation practice groups. He works with corporations, contractors, subcontractors, owners and developers, and design professionals on a wide array of commercial and construction matters, such as, contract development and negotiation, contract disputes, environmental, labor law and lien law matters, administrative agency issues, bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, property rights matters, real property tax law proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and business torts.

While in law school, Nate worked for the Albany County DA’s office, Magistrate Judge David R. Homer of the Northern District of New York in Albany, and was an Executive Editor of Lead Articles for Albany Law Review.

Nate was the winner of the Karen C. McGovern Senior Trials; Donna Jo Morse Negotiation Competition; The Francis H. Anderson Negotiation Award; Domenick L. Gabrielli Competition Best Brief; Judge Merle Nahum Fogg, Jr.’45 Moot Court Prize; and second place in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Competition. In addition, he was chosen to represent and compete for Albany Law School at the John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition in Newark, NJ.
