Mr. Malone concentrates his practice in the Firm’s Energy and Telecommunications practice groups. He served for thirty years at the New York State Public Service Commission, first as a staff counsel and later as General Counsel from March 1997 through February 2003. Larry successfully defended numerous Commission decisions and initiatives before various courts. In 1986, he represented twenty three states before the U.S. Supreme Court in a ground-breaking case involving the states’ jurisdiction over local telephone matters. Larry joined Couch White in April, 2003.
