Kate T. Loughney is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Trusts, Estates and Business Plan Succession Planning practice group.

While in law school, Ms. Loughney served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology and as the Domenick L. Gabrielli Family Law Competition Chair. Also, she worked as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing and completed an internship with the Honorable Eugene P. Devine, J.S.C. During law school, she was a summer law clerk for the New York State Office of General Services and worked for an insurance company, specializing in personal injury and construction defense litigation matters.
