Joseph J. Carline brings more than three decades of experience with the New York Power Authority, wholesale and retail power and transmission expertise, including contracts, rates, bid evaluations and project development to the firm's Energy Law practice group.

Carline served nearly 35 years as Assistant General Counsel for Power and Transmission to the New York Power Authority.  Most recently he served under contract as legal consultant to the Power Authority. His experience in working with major New York State businesses, utilities, electric systems and public authorities along with his expertise in energy law make him a valuable addition to the Firm’s energy practice.
