Mike was formerly the Director of Energy Regulatory Affairs for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability. Mike was an advocate for the City on a wide range of energy-related issues since 2002, and regularly appears before federal and New York State energy regulatory agencies on behalf of the City and its residents and businesses. In addition, he has an extensive background in trade regulation law in both California and New York.

- Advocated on energy issues on behalf of New York City constituents before State and Federal regulatory agencies, including the New York State Public Service Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
- Worked extensively at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and as the Missouri Attorney General prior to joining Couch White, LLP.
