Couch White Obtains Favorable Decision For Power For Jobs Clients

On October 20, 2009, Couch White, LLP obtained a favorable decision at the New York State Court of Appeals in In the Matter of Crucible Materials Corporation, et al. v. New York Power Authority. On January 14, 2010, the Court also denied a motion for reargument.

Connecticut Utility Rate Proceeding

In January 2010, a large electric utility filed an electric rate case with the Connecticut Department of Utility Control seeking to increase its delivery rates by approximately $210 million.
